Deposit Policy

  • ●Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

Final Payment Policy

  • ●Wedding balances are due 7 days before the event.
  • ●Standard custom orders are due 72 hours before pickup or delivery.

Rush Order Policy

  • ●Rush orders may incur an additional fee, based on availability and complexity.

Cancellation Policy

  • ●Deposits are non-refundable due to preparation, scheduling, and design planning.

Pickup Policy

  • ●Customers are responsible for inspecting orders at pickup.
  • ●Once orders leave our care, the bakery is not responsible for damages.

Allergy Disclaimer

  • ●Our products may contain — or come into contact with — nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten.

Order Timelines

  • ●Wedding cakes: 4–6 weeks in advance.
  • ●Custom cakes: 1–2 weeks in advance.
  • ●Cupcake orders: 3–5 days in advance.
  • ●Holiday orders: please order early — availability is limited.
